Elevated Rhum is an agricole style rhum distilled entirely from fresh first press sugarcane juice grown on our earth safe farm on the slopes of Doi Inthanon, at elevations above 1000 metres. It is never made from molasses and never blended with industrial alcohol. Nothing is added to adjust flavour, colour, or texture. The character of the cane and the discipline of the process define the result.
Elevated Rhum exists to return rhum to its raw material. By working with high altitude sugarcane grown in cooler mountain conditions, the focus remains on freshness, clarity, and natural expression rather than weight or correction. When the source is honest and the process controlled, the spirit remains expressive without intervention.
Sensory Profile
Fresh and vibrant on the nose, with natural sugarcane aroma and light grassy notes shaped by high altitude growing conditions. The palate is clean, lively, and composed, offering subtle sweetness, gentle tropical character, and a dry, balanced structure. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving clarity rather than weight.
