Ingredients
- 45 ml Elevated Rhum
- 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 120 ml Chilled Cola
- Solid Ice Cubes
Instructions
Method 1. Chill a clean highball glass. 2. Fill completely with solid ice. 3. Pour 45 ml Elevated Rhum over the ice. 4. Add 10 ml freshly squeezed lime juice. 5. Gently top with 120 ml chilled cola. 6. Stir once gently from bottom to top. Service notes • Fresh lime juice is mandatory. • Cola must be cold to keep carbonation. • Balance should stay dry and refreshing, not sweet.
