Ingredients
- 60 ml Elevated Rhum
- 5 ml Elevated Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- Large Solid Ice Cube
Instructions
Method 1. Chill a rocks glass. 2. Add one large square ice cube. 3. Pour 60 ml Elevated Rhum over the ice. 4. Add 5 ml Elevated Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup. 5. Add 2 dashes aromatic bitters. 6. Stir gently until chilled and properly integrated. Service notes • Use a single large square cube only. • Do not increase syrup. • Bitters must support, not dominate. • No garnish in the glass.
