About Elevated
Elevated was created to address a simple imbalance in modern spirits and ingredients.
As production scaled, clarity was often replaced with correction. As marketing grew louder, labels grew quieter about what was actually inside the bottle.
Elevated was developed at Sanpatong Distillery in Chiang Mai, Thailand, to reverse that direction.
Why Elevated Exists
Many products are finished after production rather than defined by it. Flavour is adjusted, texture is corrected, and appearance is managed to meet expectation rather than reflect origin.
Elevated was created with a different intent. We believe that when raw materials are clean and the process is controlled, the final product should be left alone. Not improved. Not softened. Not disguised.
About Sanpatong Distillery
Sanpatong Distillery is based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was established to craft spirits and ingredients through a complete farm to bottle process built on purity, transparency, and disciplined control.
The distillery is designed around full process control, from raw material handling to fermentation and distillation where relevant, through to resting and bottling. The objective is consistency without correction, achieved through precise handling rather than additives or post production adjustment.
Elevated is developed and produced at Sanpatong Distillery. It reflects the same commitment to clean inputs, controlled process, and a final product left untouched.
A Different Approach
Sanpatong Distillery applies decades of expertise in fermentation, distillation, and ingredient handling. Elevated draws on that foundation with one additional commitment: focus first on what belongs in the bottle, and refuse anything that does not.
Elevated does not begin with a flavour profile or a target audience. It begins with inputs and discipline.
Raw materials are selected for cleanliness and suitability to purpose. Processes are designed to preserve character rather than manipulate it. Decisions are made early so nothing needs to be fixed later.
This approach requires restraint. It also requires saying no more often than yes.
