Ingredients
- 60 ml Elevated Rhum
- 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- Solid Ice Cubes
Instructions
Method 1. Chill a coupe glass. 2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with solid ice. 3. Shake hard until well chilled. 4. Double strain into the chilled coupe. Service notes • Fresh lime juice only, never cordial. • The drink must stay dry, sharp, and cane forward. • No garnish in the glass. • Balance is critical, do not adjust ratios.
