Ingredients
- 45 ml Elevated Vodka
- 120 ml Soda Water
- Fresh Lime Peel (aromatic only)
- Solid Ice Cubes
Instructions
Method 1. Chill a highball glass. 2. Fill completely with solid ice. 3. Pour 45 ml Elevated Vodka over the ice. 4. Gently top with 120 ml chilled soda water. 5. Stir once gently from bottom to top. 6. Express fresh lime peel over the glass and discard. Service notes • Do not add juice or sweeteners. • Lime peel may be expressed and discarded only. • The drink must remain crystal clear and highly carbonated.
