Elevated Vodka Martini

Method 1. Chill a coupe glass. 2. Fill a mixing glass with solid ice. 3. Add 60 ml Elevated Vodka and 10 ml dry vermouth. 4. Stir until very cold and properly diluted. 5. Express lime peel over the mixing glass. 6. Strain into the chilled coupe. Service notes • Always stirred, never shaken. • No garnish in the glass. • Lime peel may be expressed and discarded only. • The drink must be crystal clear and very cold.
