Ingredients
- 30 ml Elevated Gin
- 30 ml Bitter Aperitif
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- Large Solid Ice Cube
- Fresh Orange Peel
Instructions
Method 1. Chill a rocks glass. 2. Place one large square ice cube in the glass. 3. Pour 30 ml Elevated Gin, 30 ml bitter aperitif, and 30 ml sweet vermouth over the ice. 4. Stir gently until chilled and properly integrated. 5. Express fresh orange peel over the glass to release oils, then discard. Service notes • Always stirred, never shaken. • Use a single large ice cube only, not loose ice. • Orange peel is aroma only, never left in the glass. • The drink must remain bitter forward, not sweet.
