Highball glass
Method 1. Chill a highball glass. 2. Fill completely with solid ice. 3. Pour 45 ml Elevated Gin over the ice. 4. Gently top with 120 ml chilled tonic water. 5. Stir once gently to integrate. 6. Express lime peel over the glass if used, then discard. Service notes • Do not add juice or fruit to the glass. • Use dry, neutral tonic only. • Carbonation must remain lively. • Serve immediately.
