Coupe Glass
Method 1. Chill a coupe glass. 2. Fill a shaker with solid ice. 3. Add 60 ml Elevated Gin, 25 ml fresh lime juice, and 5 ml Elevated Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup. 4. Shake hard until well chilled. 5. Double strain into the chilled coupe. Service notes • Fresh lime juice only, never cordial. • Do not increase syrup. • The drink must remain sharp, dry, and focused. • No garnish in the glass.
